Terms of Service The Hohtogolf Redi online store is operated by Irti Maasta Oy (Business ID: 2659037-9, c/o Kummelipolku 5a, 02330 Espoo). Here, you can purchase value gift cards, admission products like multi-ticket passes, and other available promotional products such as passes or discounted multi-ticket bundles.

Using the online store does not require registration. By using the online service, you agree to comply with these terms. In these terms, ”Ticket Product” refers to an admission, promotional, or value gift card product purchased through the online store.

Prices, Product Information, and Validity Periods The price of a Ticket Product is the price displayed in connection with the product information at the time of ordering and includes VAT. Possible delivery costs will be added to the prices.

The online store’s products are valid as admission tickets or payment methods only at Hohtogolf Redi, unless otherwise stated for a specific ticket product.

Ticket Products purchased from the online store are generally valid from the date of purchase. The validity period of Ticket Products varies, and the validity of each product can be seen in the product information before purchase.

Ordering and Delivery Ticket Products are ordered in the online store by adding them to the shopping cart and paying for the contents at the online store’s checkout. The contract becomes effective once you have placed the order in our online store system.

After a successful order, we will send an order confirmation to the email address provided during the purchase. If the delivery method for the Ticket Products is selected as email, you will receive a separate email containing the purchased Ticket Products. The processing and delivery time for Ticket Products delivered by mail is 3-5 business days.

At the venue, you can show your tickets digitally. If you prefer, you can also print the tickets.

Possible delivery costs are determined according to the current price list, and their prices are displayed before proceeding to payment.

If the Ticket Products selected for electronic delivery have not arrived in your email within one (1) day after the payment, please contact customer service via email.

Payment Service Provider The payment service is provided by Paytrail Oyj (Business ID: 2122839-7) in cooperation with Nets and banks. Paytrail Oyj will appear as the recipient of the payment on your bank statement and will forward the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj has a payment institution license. In case of complaints, please contact the online store first.

Exchange and Return Policy Unused Ticket Products are not redeemable, refundable, or exchangeable for cash. Lost Ticket Products will not be replaced or refunded. Unused single, multi-ticket, or other tickets purchased from the online store do not have a cancellation right (Consumer Protection Act, Chapter 6, §16, section 11).

Force Majeure Hohtogolf Redi is not responsible for delays or the inability to provide services caused by force majeure, nor for the direct or indirect harm or losses resulting from such events. We strive to notify customers of any force majeure as soon as possible.

Changes to Delivery Terms Hohtogolf Redi reserves the right to modify these terms if the change is necessary due to legislation or a government decision.

Customer Complaints and Dispute Resolution If you are dissatisfied with the service you have received, please contact our customer service.

If the matter cannot be resolved through negotiation, you may refer it to the Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi) for resolution. Before taking the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board, you must contact the Consumer Advisory Service.
