Booking Terms

General These terms and conditions are used to define the terms between the customer and Irti Maasta Oy / Hohtogolf Redi (FI26590379). When making a booking the customer accepts these terms and agrees to follow them. The contract comes into effect when the customer has booked a service and Hohtogolf Redi has confirmed this. In case of differences in interpretation between different languages, the Finnish version of the terms and conditions is the binding one.

Booking Terms All bookings are binding, we do not take any preliminary bookings. All unpaid tickets must be paid for before the time of the reservation. We reserve the right to re-sell any tickets that have not been redeemed appropriately on a case-by-case basis.

The number of participants for parties and groups must be confirmed no less than 3 days before the date of the event. It is possible to increase the amount of participants only if there are enough slots available.

Unused tickets bought and paid can not be returned or refunded (Consumer Protection Act, Chapter 6 §16, section 11)

Cancellation Terms If you do not come to your reservation, the booking must be cancelled via email or via the link in the reservation confirmation email.

All group bookings must be cancelled no less than 7 days before the date of the reservation. For cancellations less than 7 days, but more than 3 days before the date of the reservation we charge 50% of the total amount of the reservation. For cancellations less than 3 days before the date of the reservation we charge 100% of the price.Bookings for single tickets must be cancelled ne less than 24 hours before the time of the reservation. For any cancellations less than 24 hours before the time of the reservation we charge 100% of the price.

In special cases (illness) exclusions may be made if a doctor's note is presented.

Hohtogolf Redi reserves the right to cancel the customers' booking if we have to cancel the event due to, for example, low attendance or other insurmountable obstacle. In these cases we will offer another product/service of similar value from our selection of products. If no suitable product is found, we will return the amount the customer has paid for the reservation.

All services/products sold on our website follow the general terms of on-lines sales. All unused tickets that have been purchased from our website can not be refunded (Consumer Protection Act, Chapter 6 §16, section 11)

The Use of Our Services You can only use the purchased product/service to consume the intended product/service.

Bank Holidays We do not offer refunds for any days that the center has been closed (such as bank holidays, scheduled maintenance, etc.)

We do not offer refunds for any exceptional circumstances that are outside of our control (for example: the evacuation of the commercial center due to a fire alarm)

Payment You can purchase our products from our website or on site. In some special cases it might also be possible to purchase our products from third parties' points of sales. In our website you can use all methods of payment provided by Paytrail Oy.

On site you can pay with cash (euros), debit/credit cards, Hohtogolf Redi gift cards, and with sports benefits cards (Smartum, Edenred, Eazybreak, ePassi, etc.). Gift cards and sports benefits tickets can not be converted to cash.

We can send invoices, but you need to discuss these beforehand. We do not send invoices to private individuals. All invoices will incur an extra 10€ invoicing fee.

Gift cards When paying with a gift card you need to present the gift card at the time of payment. When using a gift card on-line, you need to enter the gift card code to the proper form field. A gift card can not be exchanged into cash. A gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Illness, Changes and Refunds For refunds due to sudden cases of illness we require a doctors' note. All refunds or changes to bookings are handled on a case-by-case basis. Refunds and changes may incur handling fees of up to 10€.

No refunds can be made if the payment has been done with a sports benefit card/ticket (Smartum, Edenred, Eazybreak, ePassi, etc.) or other benefit provided by a company that the customer is working for.

Age Limits The recommended minimum age for playing is 5 years. We recommend that a small child is accompanied by an adult. The children are always under the responsibility of their guardians.
